Wiring

Input – 2 x 12 volt or 24 volt (10 amp minimum) direct current power sources are required to operate this unit (if the load is less than 7.5 amps, you can piggy-back the two positive and the two negative power input wires together and use only one power source), red wire to positive (+) (indicated by the fused link) and the black wire to negative. If only two channels are required then power should be supplied to the left input side only.

Output – The four leads for the actuators are indicated by the four identical weather proof two pin plugs. These are to be wired to the actuators as follows, red to brown and black to blue (remembering that if only two actuators are required then use the plugs on the left hand side of the control box only).

Operation

Momentary - Press and hold button A on the remote control for extension of the actuator. Press and hold button C for the retraction of the actuator. Alternatively, press and hold either up or down on the momentary toggle switch mounted on the face of the control box.

Latching - Press button B once only for extension and any other button to pause or stop operation. Press button D once only for retraction and any other button to pause or stop operation.

Synchronization

Synchronization is only possible whilst using the momentary functions, either via the toggle switch on the control box or the A and C buttons on the remote control.

The top row of dials controls the speed of extension for channels 1 through to 4. The bottom row of dials controls the speed of retraction for channels 1 through to 4.
